Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how StyleMuse AI collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, Android app, iOS app, AI try-on features, payments, and support services.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as username and password credentials used to sign in.
  • Payment status, Apple In-App Purchase transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase dates, purchase environment, verification status, and credit balance information needed to verify purchases and grant AI Looks in the iOS app.
  • Photos you choose to capture or upload for AI try-on generation. A submitted photo may include your face if you choose to include your face in the camera frame. StyleMuse AI does not use face recognition, does not identify you, and does not create or store biometric identifiers, faceprints, face templates, or facial landmark databases.
  • AI-generated images, generation history, and related metadata such as generated image URLs, timestamps, provider status, and remaining AI Looks.
  • Support requests, including name, email, message, device details, and request metadata.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser, device, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

  • To provide AI try-on generation, account access, AI Looks, Apple In-App Purchase verification, purchase restoration, and customer support.
  • To troubleshoot bugs, protect the service from abuse, improve reliability, and respond to user requests.
  • To comply with legal, tax, payment, security, and platform obligations.

Face Data and Photos

  • StyleMuse AI does not collect face data for face recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, face tracking, faceprints, face templates, or facial landmark databases.
  • When you capture or upload a photo for AI try-on generation, the photo may include your face if you choose to include your face in the camera frame. We treat that visible face image data as part of the submitted photo.
  • We use submitted photos, including any visible face image data in those photos, only to generate the AI try-on or outfit result you request, display your generation history, provide support, troubleshoot bugs, protect the service from abuse, and comply with legal or platform obligations. We do not use face data to authenticate users, identify users, track users across apps or websites, infer sensitive traits, or build face-recognition profiles.

Photos and AI Processing

  • Photos are used to analyze styling context and generate the requested try-on result.
  • Do not upload photos that you do not have permission to use.
  • Generated images and related metadata may be stored so you can access history and support can diagnose issues.

Payments

  • iOS purchases of AI Looks and other digital content are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
  • We store purchase records needed to grant credits or entitlements, verify purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, support purchase restoration, and handle support.
  • We do not store full card numbers or payment account passwords.

Sharing

  • We share information with service providers needed to operate the app, including hosting, storage, AI processing, payment verification, security, and support providers.
  • Submitted photos and generated results may be processed by service providers needed to operate StyleMuse AI, including hosting, storage, and AI processing providers. These providers process the data only to provide the requested app functionality.
  • We do not sell face data and do not share face data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for biometric identification, face recognition, advertising, or tracking.
  • We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, and our rights.
  • We do not sell personal information.

Retention and Deletion

  • We keep account, purchase, generated image, uploaded photo, generation history, and support data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or duplicate purchase fulfillment, and meet legal obligations.
  • Uploaded photos, generated images, and generation records are retained while your account is active so you can view history and receive support.
  • You can permanently delete your account directly in the app from Settings > Account & Security > Delete Account.
  • When you permanently delete your account in the app, uploaded photos, generated images, generation records, sessions, and account-linked device information are deleted or anonymized, except for limited records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or App Store purchase-verification obligations.

Security

  • We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.
  • No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep passwords confidential and avoid sending sensitive documents through support messages.

Children

  • StyleMuse AI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support.
